MS Access 2003 Hide Make invisible selection
Using MS Access 2003:
Is there a way to hide the availability of selecting certain “Type of Incidents” or make them invisble without removing them or changing them??
Goal is: would not any availability of selecting them.

How are you populating? If you are using a table, add a switch to the row and add the switch to the query building the list.

I think I am using a table or atleast it looks like it. (See the image below)
What type of switch would I add and where?

Just a boolean switch that says Visible.
select field from table where visible is true.
