rip flash movie from website

Hi guys,

I have a website that has built in flash player. Im trying to save the movie to my drive so I can watch it offline.

Any software that actualy works ?

DownloadHelper - Media download Firefox extension

click install at the top then click add to firefox
great program when it sees a movie it will spin, at that time click the down arrows and it will download the file.

The Download Helper works quite well. VLC will play the FLV files without any transcoding.
