For that, choose "where my name is in the To or Cc box" and "redirect to email@example.com" from Rules and Alert in outlook 2003. In my site, I use Exchange server 2003. when try to configure as above, it did not work. But, when i want to configure as "firstname.lastname@example.org" redirect to "email@example.com" , it works, but, when choose "firstname.lastname@example.org" will be redirect to "email@example.com", it will not works.plz help

~From what I can gather from reading that impressive wall of crazy... Is that you can't get your outlook rules to forward any of your inbound mail to another address that's outside your domain.

It could be that the Exchange server has been configured not to allow automated messages going to external recipients...
If that is the case, then you need to get whoever manages/maintains the Exchange server to change the settings to allow/enable it...
