I have not got chance to access the server, by the way how this is one can be checked if it is installed on the server or not ? Is it form Add/Remove components ?

There is a patch that you must install on the server and the clients.

And yes if you go into add/remove, up in the top of that section there should be a show updates check box.

Or you can run windows update and see if the patch shows up in the list of needed updates.

Which patch on the server ? apart from what Jarhed advised

I did run that while agao and the only update that I found was WSUS 3.0 SP1.

The DST patch is designed for windows server and windows clients, check to see if they have the updates and then we will go from there.

When I tried to install update on a client PC I received this error message

On the server I have got all updates are installed.
