What you are all saying is very true and I agree with you all wholly. I did not expect technical support from them when Windows 7 is not listed as a supporting OS; however, I did expect the ability to activate.
Thankfully, the software is now running fully activated after an exchange of e-mails. Runs perfectly, in fact, faster than I believe it used to! I would have been surprised if it failed to work at all seeing as Vista is supported.
