Microsoft removes hardware virtualization requirement to running XP Mode
Today, Microsoft announced it made changes to its virtualization efforts, one of those changes is good news for Windows 7 users: Windows XP Mode no longer requires hardware virtualization technology.

You can still do it the old fashion way.
Install Virtual PC and your own licensed copy of XP and whichever OS you want.Imagine a world where dogs took bad owners to the pound...
