    Question K7 update for XP

     
    I just got an update from MS called "K7 Update V 5.[something]". Any one know what this is addressing? Just seems rather strange for MS to update drivers like that. Usually they are just fixing bugs and such.

    Just found it interusting.

    I think its the patch for the power now bug that XP had with the athlon mp.

    Laptop only. Athlon 4, XP and Duron with powernow. Irrelevant for desktop CPUs.
