Importing Address Book from Outlook to Outlook Express

For whatever reason, my client wants to stay with Outlook Express. When he installed Office XP, Outlook became the default and he accidentally imported everything from Outlook Express to Outlook XP. I got the messages all straightened out, but the address book won't go back. To top things off we're restoring to another computer. Anybody know how to import a personal address book from outlook to Outlook Express?
