    Living album

     
    I have an old program called Living Album by club Photo, which ran pretty well until I changed my computer. Now when I try to install it, I get a message run Time error 429 Activex component cannot create object.

    I tried it on a few friend's new computers that are running Win XP Pro and I get the same message.

    My o/s is Win Xp Pro.

    I've had to update to SP 2 and then SP 3 in Win XP Pro to be able to install some software.

    It sounds like you are missing an ActiveX component. Try updating DirectX Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - DirectX End-User Runtime
