    Question Ad-Aware

Full Scan in Ad-Aware takes a while...like over an hour. Anyone use this program and have similar results??

Depends on the hardware and how many files you are scanning but yeah most full file scans take awhile.

Dump adaware and try Malwarebytes and /or SuperAntispyware
Use Ninite to auto install them without toolbars or extras...

The last time I checked, the free version doesn't update anymore.
