Program similar to Adobe Acrobat X
Hey everyone,
I was wondering, is there a free program out there that will allow you to highlight, underline and perform other markups on pdf documents? Something similar to Adobe Acrobat X (pro) would be good. I'm hoping to find something good for taking notes in class.
Thank youWindows 7 :: Intel i7-2670QM @ 2.20 GHz

I haven't used it in some time but the older version of Foxit worked well Foxit PhantomPDF Express
for just some basic functionality the Foxit Reader tool works well. It gives options for highlighting, underlining ect. The phantomPDF tool is more for creation than just reading and annotations

I wonder how big of a distraction that shirt was before the teacher made it a big deal? Probably not a big one. Im assuming rifles/guns are pretty common in parts of WV.
