    x86 (32-bit) on x64 (64-bit)

    Hi guys,
I am getting this error, "This version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or an x64 (64-bit) version of the program" when i tried to run turbo c++ on my windows vista ultimate 64 bit os.
I am also getting the same problem when i tried to run the command promt executable c program (the .exe file made by using turbo c) and "the castle of wolfenstein" game.
So how can i run them on my os??
    pls help...
    Thanx in advnc...

My first guess would be it's trying to use files in the "C:\WINDOWS\system32" directory. On a 64-bit OS, those are actually 64-bit files. You may need to point the game to pull files from the "C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64" directory if it's possible.

If that's not possible, you might try installing Virtualbox and installing a 32-bit version of Windows XP.
