Cannot print documents in black with Word 2010!
Ok. I am having a rather annoying issue with printing Word documents in black ink in Word 2010. Word 2007 DOES NOT have this problem. I have an HP Deskjet F2480 printer if that helps.
It is printing everything out in GREEN rather than black, like it's supposed to. I even set it to print in grayscale only and still it prints in green. It only gives me the option of printing in High Quality when I choose grayscale in Word 2010. In Word 2007, when I select grayscale, it gives me two options: Black Ink Only and High Quality.
I've even tried uninstalling the printer from device manager and letting it reinstall automatically. I am baffled, bewildered, and out of options... What the heck is going on here?

Does it happen to every NEW word doc or just some that were already created?

I just created a brand new document Word 2010, and it's still printing out in green. The file extension doesn't matter.

Just kinda curious, have you tried setting the font color in word from auto to black to see if that corrects the problem?
