Stupid XP Problem
I say stupid because it is very annoying. Anyway, heres the problem. I installed a new video card. Everything works without problems except one very annoying thing. If I scroll through a web page with a lot of large pictures in either IE or Mozilla, my cpu usage jumps to over 90%. With mozilla, it is very, very noticable. In IE, its noticeable only if Im running other programs which use some cpu time(happens a lot). I upgraded from a geforce2 gts to a radeon 8500. After manually trying to get rid of the nvidia drivers, and installing the 8500, I remembered about the detonator destroyer program. I ran that and it found two files before getting an error. Anyway, does anyone know anything I could do short of formatting? I ran into this problem before on win2k when i upgraded vid cards and eventually formatted because I couldn't figure out what to do.

I think its actually a mozilla only problem. I just saw this page: http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~boris/dance/ and mozilla uses 99% of my cpu time while IE only uses about 40-50%.
