MDaemon IMAP - Prevent Duplicates Public Folders
Hi,
We are currently using MDaemon Pro v 10.1 with POP3 accounts. We are looking to make the switch to IMAP (still using MDaemon) in order to gain benefits such as centeral storage, public folders etc.
We will be looking to set up various public folders (jobs) which will house important emails relating to the specific job. The user will be responsible for filing the email in the appropriate public (job) folder. It is not uncommon for more than one user to be included in an email relating to a job.
My main question is how do you prevent duplicate messages from being filed in these public folders by different users?
Having run some initial tests it appears you can copy, move the same email message as many times as you like in to the same folder. We would like to only store one copy of each message.
Are there any means of setting a generic filter or enabling a certain feature from MDaemon that can prevent this?
Thanks
