XP pro. Have multiple of same O.S.

I think the same disc was reinserted and a different key code typed in. Twice. So I have as shown by Spybot 2.0.6.0 that I have 3 I.E. accounts and 3 Firefox accounts.
Also I tend to use MSNHotmail as my main mailbox and have noted some doubling up of the identically named mail from a source. Comes in at the same time and shows same stuff.

    I am not that paranoid.

    one "submission" is fine.

Does this create hardship with the P.C.? I got a pentium2 ...so not lots of storage or lots of ram.

It has not seized up on my or done a BSoD thing , though I see it's red light on a lot doing something.

If this is a problem, how do I get out of it? (so much for keeping sleek and lean)

any advice? No, not going to update to Win7 as that is a pain(waiting for a Vista like crash, I guess)

Thank you for any input about what you know and I don't.

What you are explaining doesn't make much sense. Even if you had multiple versions of the same os on one hard drive there wouldn't be multiple instances of it running at one time. Unless you are running virtual machines only one OS will boot and run at single time.

If you are seeing doubling of messages sent from hotmail, which is web-mail based and not related to your operating system at all. Then you have something else going on.

3 IE profiles and 3 firefox profiles sounds more like you have multiple user accounts setup? Id that the case?

Unhappy This version of Spybot told me so

I thought I was one on one. Spybot is for single users.

    Stuff about my machine
Previously PC was a "Server" taken out of service.

I had Win98se before and then overtop

I put in XP with its code-accepted.

then a couple months later it asks for the XP disk again to add more stuff and I cannot be sure it was the same disk and dumped it in with its key code-accepted

Then either weeks or years (time does not stick in my head good) later it seemed sluggish and again I do not know whether if it is the same disk as before and did the routine again for a repair everytime ontop of the last O.S. Yeah, bad practice, I know.

I am the only user on the machine. No other accounts. Updated On Win XP to today. (MS Framework4)

Spyware, malware, viruses and trojans are all not interfering with computer operation ... and MSE could not find anything askew. I use Avira AV and it has been great even if slow.

I have been shown I have 24865 clients. I don't have a web site so rather be one on one. That is beyond my "mistake" talents
HDD is a 20 GB unit.
PC is ECS with 1.04Ghz MB 512 Ram

A different program Corel Painter 12 told me my monitor settings were restricted (which as far as I understand) not turned up to full potential.

Monitor is Dell M770 on 3DLABS inc LTD; color quality 32bit(MS)

    Connection to ISP=DSL

Also I still get dual mail "sometimes" either from friends or some junk mail sent out at exactly the same time (subscriptions which I signed up for) Now I don't know if it was for "this Life" or in the "AfterLife" or "what life"? Just a bit on the goofus side of thing.

It is the "pits to be me"

With XP adding in the CD for system files was normal. It didn't happen much but you did need to do it from time time. Unless you physically ran the installer you should not have any extra versions of XP. I'm not sure where you are seeing multiple instances of IE or Firefox in the Spybot tab perhaps you could post a screenshot??

I have been shown I have 24865 clients.
Where are you getting this number from??

Also I still get dual mail "sometimes" either from friends or some junk mail sent out at exactly the same time
Receiving multiple webmails is not an issue and not anything you can control. I thought you were sending multiple, either way nothing to be concerned about.

Corel is likely telling you your resolution is too low? What are you running it at? Either way, again this is nothing that has anything to do with "multiple operating systems"

If you are really all that concerned about it you might want to do a full format and a fresh install. But it really doesn't sound to me like you are having any issues at all. It sounds more like you are confused about what you are seeing.

Spybot version 2.0.6.0 informed me on the multiple "clients" and gave me the number
I have informed Spybot and they are gonna try to recreate it on their machines....you know how that works-they do it with the preminition that their program is perfect.
As their program is meant for a single client
spybot showed me 3 IE and 3 Firefox users using basically the same name with slight variances.
    ------------------------
seperate problem complaint by a program

Monitor resolution is 1040x728 But the way it was said was like my monitor was running at say 3/4 strength (that kind of restriction - maybe brightness control)? I used to have True color but lost that driver so have 32bit which is basically just as good a picture-as I did comparisons of pictures before. No difference.
I see a single image no triple

10 years at the machine and still do not know how to send screenshot.

Today I installed/ran AVG 8 the free version

After fixing a bunch of files everywhere I powered the machine down-went to bed

First thing I fire PC up . While AVG is doing its prescan I can write and this shows up.

Windows No Disk(in the header bar) and there is a red circle with a white x
    Exception Processing Message
    c0000013 PARAMETERS 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c
(the second program to see a triple)
When I managed to get past the aforementioned window(3 or 4 cancels before it died.
    New Window pops up

sd cleaner.exe - unable to locate component. This app. has failed to start because JSDialogPack150.bpl was not found.
Reinstalling the app may fix the problem

    I hit OK

    another window appears
Files that we required for Windows must be copied to the DLL Cache
Insert Win XP (the first time I know what is wanted)

As soon as that is up and running it tells me that the OS on the disk is older than what is in the P.C. (probably referring to the updates)

So how do I fix this?
    I am administrator.

Sorry for the long write, but half a story won't cut it.
Besides if everything went smoothly, you and I would be bored already.
