    Question Software For Scanning photos .....

     
    Suggestions on the best software to scan and render photos ?

    Might sound simple and stupid but for scanning I usually use the software that came with the scanner or whatever program I intend on using to edit the photos. If I plan on using Light room or PS or Infranview I'll scan directly to those. No need to create extra steps!

    damn can't think today - LightRoom I don't think has a scan to feature

    Yes, It does make sense to use the software with my printer/scanner. I havn't used my scanner for photos.
