    internet options

     
    hello all the other day i went to tools in i/e8 win.xp scroll down to internet options clicked on it and all it does is flash in the upper left corner it just won't load any idea's thanks------m

    Does it happen after a reboot?

    Try Control Panel-> Internet Options to see what happens.

    no it flashes in the upper left corner for a millisecond every time i try to eccess it
