    Help me stop itunes.

     
    I do not want itunes. I do not want it opened on startup. I do not want it opened when I plug in an ipod. I only want itunes when I click the little itunes button. After I think I have exited from this program, I want it to die a quick death, leaving no part of itself in my computers memory. Is this an impossible dream?

    Nope. It's totally doable through iTunes's settings. Though I don't remember where to make the changes at anymore. Still, there is hope!!

    Also, if you want to get rid of iTunes completely, there is a plugin for foobar that interfaces with iPods no problem. If I remember correctly, it's called foo_dop.dll.
