As you know, in the USA, email encryption is mandatory for some occupations and some types of data, such as confidential health information. I need to sent mail confidential to different of my client. How I can encrypt my email.

I don't know which version of outlook you are using but these might help

Yes not only for Mandatory but sometimes We need to maintain our email security. You will get many outlook email encryption service on the web. Some are free tools some are paid. If you want to use free tools you must conscious about hidden hacking tools. So try to download such type of software from a secure site. here are two of them "office.microsoft.com/.../outlook.../encrypt-e-mail-messages-HP00123" or PDF postman from "encryptomatic.com".
