Alien
Alien converts between the rpm, deb, Stampede slp, and Slackware tgz file formats. If you want to use a package from another distribution than the one you have installed on your system, you can use alien to convert it to your preferred package format and install it.

Used it before... doesn't really work that well as both .deb's & rpm's depend on files being in specific places & distro's tend to disagree on those locations
I dreamt that a large eagle circled the room three times and then got into bed with me and took all the blankets.
