sbcmsync.dll??????

im trying to use microsoft outlook, but i keep get a message that said "The add-in c:............sbcmsync.dll" could not be installed or loaded. i tryed reinstalling it with the complete and custom, im also running window xp pro. all the others works fine like word,ecel,access,powerpoint. or could anyone send me this .dll file thanks

well the problem is that i dont have a folder that is called " c:windows/apllication......." add i tried the other suggestion and it work, but then i do not have access to the calender or notes etc....it said "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The folder no longer exists" please help
