Does anyone have a list of the core TTF's? I want to clean out my font folder, and I don't want to take out fonts the system requires to run, again...............

I am running XP Pro at this time..........

Thanks for the post and the linkage. I wish I would have known about this 6 months ago when I first got started with Linux... of course it doesn't hurt to do things the hardway if you're only doing it for yourself.

Thanks for the tip storm2k but I'm pretty sure that only configures the fonts KDE's use - not all of X. You'll actually have to do it by hand or use another tool (I thought the one in Mandrake 8.2 was really nice). I'm not bashing the KDE tool though, it works as intended. Can't believe they removed that in null. Wow - it's doubtful that I'll be devoting any hd space to any more RH releases past 7.3.
