Photoshop 7
Has anyone tried it out?
What's it like?
How is it different from v.6?
Thanks,
CM.

Hi CM
The program itself loads a lot faster than 6 did. There are some subtle differences as well which NDC made a page about. I will try to find the link adn post it here.

It seems to run much "lighter" on the system then v6 did. More stable too. And it's better integrated with Image Ready.

Well I was going to post a few things, but NDC covered what was going to say + 100 more!
I'm still teaching OuT how to use it.

Great job NDC!
Thanks for the link Dave...

I like it better than 6.0 - I find it's a little easier to use... plus if NDC uses it, then it's gotta be good...

hmm I've never had a problem with Ver. 6. Is it worth the upgrade? If it is I'll probably get it. Isn't there some sort of registration scheme with it too? I think I remember a topic about registration or licensing debate or something where it could be tracked in an effort to find pirated versions. Not that it matters for us 'Legal' software holders.

This is by no means an uncommon practice and as stated by the Latin American tin-mine owner in the movie The Barefoot Contessa, this means of tax avoidance on income in made use of by multinationals...
