You should do it your self. With some practice you'll do just fine.
On a standard 101 keyboard .... do the following.

    >> Open "Paint" (ususally under ~ Start / Accessories / Paint
    >> Minimize "Paint"
note: using the "print screen" (usually right above the "insert" key) this captures an image and leaves in on your clipboard.
For image of the entire screen (screen shot)
1 - Press "Print Screen" key for apprx 1.5 seconds
2 - bring up "paint" click Edit / Paste (then "yes")
3 - save as (whatever you name it)
For image of the current window only (window shot)
1 - Press "Print Screen" and the "Alt" keys for apprx 1.5 seconds
    2 - (same as above)
    3 - (same as above)
    >> The only real difficulty is to have the selection of the Start Bar Menu to stay colored while you capture the screen shot ..... I usually just circle it (with the spraypaint can) while I'm in "Paint" before I "save as".

sixf00t4, you'd be surprised how many people don't now about the second 1/2 of what PartsMan was talking about..

Good luck with your screen shots.
