OE Contacts

Hey all
Looking to subdivide my contact list into personal and work, but can't figure out how to do it, All I can do is creat a new contacts list in the addy book, but what i want are two folders under the contacts pane in OE one with work and one with personal- I'm sure it can be done, and i'm just too dense to see it.
