outlook express embeding probs

HELP!!!!!
My oulook express will not embed any sigtags or stationary if I use the reply function....even with the correct settings....HELP! I cant stand this it is driving me cooky!
I have an HP...with XP and outlook express 6.
The codes will embed if I use the CREATE button...so why is this happening? Snyone else have this prob....or know that way to make it work!
Please respond.

I have w2k, with Outlook Express 6. I use MSOutlook for email, however I tried doing this with express and it did work. Have you chacked for recent updates lately? From IE menu bar click on tools, Windows Updates. If you have never run this, there will be a lot of updates to download. I would suggest installing them all, but you can pick and choose, and install on those for express. If still having probs, let us know, and I will research it farther.

Hi,
I have all updates and all pathces...there are no more...still cant get the tag to embed when in pely mode....Have looked at the source and it is not right....
Instead of C:/Douments and Settings/My Documents etc......
it looks like this
C:///%20Documents and Settings///%20My Documetns...etc.
If I alter the actual path within the source then it will embed...Weird huh? Keep in mind this exact html code works great when I create mail! ggggrrrrrrrr

This is rather strange... Do you have the CD's for the OS/Progs on your computer? I know HP is great at not giving everything you need. Try reinstalling it. I have never seen this prob and not quite sure how to fix it. Could find nothing on it in the knowledge base. If reinstalling this does not work, you might want to remove and then install. However you will want to know all your server settings so you can re-set it up. If you do not want to do this, you can try emailing Microsoft to see if this is a known prob.
