I still think that the Enterprise is faster! I mean, this one was made for server purporses so... maybe the way to handle things (i.e. the arquitecture and stuuf) are different. Also, theirs probably have more cache, and Ram installed, etc.

Wow those were pretty detailed specs, thanks

I still hope that hte 360MHz ultraSPARC 5 will be faster at serving web pages and other major services then my Pentium II 400MHz is.Got root?

Can you recommend a good site that will price out used Sun Systems eagle1? The only way I seem to be to get a price from www.usedsun.com is to request a quote.
I know I can't afford one right now but it's fun to dream...Where's Lunch?

I don't know where to buy sun computers ...l well... except from sun. I have experience with some of their products because I work in the university I attend to and we have a variety of servers and workstations. But, check this out :
