Outlook set folder size

Im interested in this topic as well. I have a folder I am using to collect email from a list I am on. It has 16000+ messages. It is for the best that I can tell, FULL on some limit somewhere. It says its 66409K. I cannot put one more message in that folder. "Can't move the items" is all it says. Any suggestions?

you might want to try creating a few seperate pst files for it. in outlook, under new, select personal folders file, give it a name, and start copying some of your data into it. that's one easy trick to get around the limitations of pst size and other problems.
