Right click menu editing

My wife installed some thing call STOP antivirus on here , I of course uninstalled it, already got AV on here . BUT it left an item in my right click menu. How to get rid of it?Looks like a little stop sign icon then after it says scan for viruses.

Check the registry under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

You should see the "*" entry.
Double-click the "shellex" entry and then "ContextMenuHandlers". You should see what you're looking for in there.
Delete the offending key in the right-pane.

Send a message via AIM to S.D.Willie
you can also use tweak ui to get rid of some of those right click options.
