Need a little bit of Linux help.
My goal is to get my printer on a remote machine working on Linux and getting the linux machine to see the win98 machine.
Info on the printer.

hello,
try printtool and set it up as a smb printer.
to see the remote machine you need to have samba client installed.Odds are very good there are several spelling mistakes in this post.

I installed the printer using that program. Now how do i find out if it is working?

can you use the 'print test page' function in print tool? also just a lp filename.txt should work.
