Can I run Outlook Express and Outlook at the same time?
Can I run Outlook Express (for mail) and Outlook (for scheduling, calandar, etc) at the same time. My ISP only supports Outlook Express so I do not want to switch totally over to Outlook. If so, how can I get the ICON to start it.

How is that?Originally posted by bob733
My ISP only supports Outlook Express . . .
Outlook can handle 'POP3' requests as stated above. If you can check your mail w/ OE, you can do it w/ Outlook.
Do you have the 'Internet Mail' option installed? You might need to change your preferences to incorportate 'Internet Mail'.

Thanks for the response. I did a search for "outlook" and all I found on my system was Outlook Expess stuff. Is there some way I can get Outlook. It is a new Gateway purchased last August so I should have it (I think).

Unless you have a stand-alone version of Outlook, or a copy of M$ Office w/ Outlook, you won't have it. It's not included w/ Windows by default.
I don't have it installed on this machine, but you should have 'OUTLOOK.EXE' if you have it installed. Check your 'Program Files' directory for a 'Microsoft Office' directory. Search in there for the 'OUTLOOK.EXE'.
