customizing XP pro

I want to change my welcome screen-- add gif animation and audio.. Ive looked at a few sites but haven't found anything usefull.

Any one found any sites that they have found usefull..?
I basicly want to change the look and feel of my statup and shutdown screens..

themexp.org has some of the best logons, and themes! I'd check them out first! They have totorials for how to change your theme, and logon through utilities that they give links too.
