Can Auto-Date be made not to change - Office 2K
Using MS Word...
Have the geniuses of Redmond found a way that I can auto date a document, but not have it re-date it when I open it again?
For example, if I write a letter it will auto date March 7, 2003. Fine so far. If I open it on say, March 10th, the new document will be dated March 10th. I know I can choose not to save the new date, but if I pull it up "Live" when I'm on the phone I don't know the date the letter was written. Real PIA...

Mntsnow, could you elaborate on this? I'm familiar with macros, but I don't know where to look for this one...
Thanks again..."The world burns while Obama Tweets."
