    What size should Mandrake 9.0 iso be?

     
    Downloaded disc 1,2, and 3. I am anxious to start learning Linux, but am already having a little trouble. My cd wasn't booting so I made the floppy and get to where the cd-rom driver loads and tells me to wait while accessing Mandrake cd. Then the fun stops.

    I have it at 694MB. Sound right? Corrupt? Looks fine in windows.

    Sounds like the right sizes........ mine are:

    Disk 1 --- 694.6 MB
    Disk 2 --- 699.6 MB
    Disk 3 --- 456.3 MB

    you burned it as an image, not as a file on a cd... right?

    forget the sizes ......... just check the md5sums for each image.
