    rc3 is starting to show up on the mirrors. I'll bet it will be renamed to the final version after it migrates to all the mirrors.

    alot dont have the updated ver yet, but the 2 that i have found taht do are maxed out.

    yep, they will all get hammered hard. My connection is too slow for downloading ISOs anyway. I just thought I'd spread the word.

    what really chaps my but is that the mirror that i was downloading RC2 from took it down. so now i have cd1. and like 56 MB of cd2. bleh!


    i think that might be my 1 gripe with linux. new versions come out so often. with windows, it is just windowsupdate.com that simple. even then, new releases only come out every 2 years.

    Downloading RC3 now.... mirrors are getting pounded.......... guess everyone knows that RC3 is really the final ........

    Gonna take 5 hours........... usually takes about 1. Oh well........ will play tommorrow
