I just bought an eMachine computer (T4080) and it came preloaded with Big-Fix. It lets me know when stuff needs to be fixed and subscribes to both the 'Big-Fix' & 'eMachine' fixlets. I LOVE IT!

I downloaded and installed big fix but cannot find it anywhere on my computor. also dont know where the posting page is for the forum.
