To save email address open outlook and click file and then export. save your address backup to a azip disk or another drive
than to put back in the email address just simply click file import and choose the file you created.

You can use Copy and Paste to back and transfer your Favorites.
With your Address Book, assuming you mean the standard Windows OE address book, save it by EXPORT > Other Address Book> Text (Comma Seperated Values). It'll get saved as an Excel spreadsheet. When the option appears, be sure to check all the appropriate boxes to save, like nicknames.
To transfer, IMPORT ..........
If you want the OE e-mail, look for a freeware called DbXtract!
