What kind of fans do you have in it any case fans? Maybe you should get a baybus to control it, get fans with controllable speeds, or you could try http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php and see if that can control your fan speed, I like it, I turn mine down (as long as there plugged into the motherboard) at night if i keep it on.

What CPU fan do you have? stock fan? and is your case fan plugged into the mobo? If it is, try that app above.

Try that program, see if it detects fans and if you can adjust them, also, is the fan just what came with the computer/cpu? if it is, then its the stock one.

If you can change it, there will be Speed1,Speed2,Speed3 in the bottom left of the program. Change the one with the speed at 3292rpm.
