Win32 Services Generic Host Process

My computer keeps popping up this message that says: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close.
Then, the error signatures contain: szappname: sxhost.exe
szappver: 5.1.2600.0
szmodname: unknown
szmodver: o.o.o.o
offset 00000000 Error includes: info regarding the condition of Generic Host Process for Win32 services when the problem occurred, the operating system version and computer hardware in use, and the Internet Protocal (IP) address of your computer.

When this comes up I just click on the close button on it. It drives me nuts! It pops up no matter what I am doing on my computer.
What do I do to fix it? Thanks in advance.......

Remove the msblast worm from your computer, and problems will go away.

hmmm the original post was made back in May, msblast wasn't available back then.

Its quite possible its spyware causing it

www.lavasoft.de - Adaware - install it, get the updates and run a full scan.

Afetr being on the internet for approx 5 mins i get the following error

Afetr this I also cannot surf the internet. or open the status of my dial up conection im runing windows xp firewall and avast pro antivirus

Any way of helping?
