Win XP how to customize the "new media inserted" dialogue ?

Windows XP pro Sp1

When you insert a piece of media into a drive a dialogue comes up asking you what you want to do. However there's no "browse" option. How can I add applications to this dialogue and make them the default actions?

For example when I insert a blank cd into my cd-r drive I want Nero to launch.

When I insert an audio CD i want Winamp to launch. etc...

Where do I make the link between a type of media found and the application to launch? I only get the "windows" options and it's making me mad.

Right click on the cd drive in My Computer then click on autoplay tab.......there you can specify by cd type.........not sure why Nero doesn't show in the list, if it's not there......I have Nero installed on mine and it's one of the options for blank cds......
