Folder Views

I have Win 2000 and want to set the default view for all folders to be Details, show all files, show the file extensions.

I don't know how to do this globally. It's a real pain to have to go to each folder and do it.

Does anyone know how ?

Click Tools-Folder Options-View-Like Current Folder. Do this after you have set up the view in any one folder the way you want it. Fire up the last button- Like Current Folder- and exit explorer. When you fire it again, it'll take the settings globally.
