I gave up after about 20 tries, lol.
Can all of them be beaten?

Yes, they can all be beaten (except for the negative numbers) and I think that there's a website that has all the solutions.

All except 11982 in the Windows 95 version.
Windows XP has square as many games, but all except 8 can be beaten. (that's not counting -1 and -2 which are 'joke' games)
1941 is however renowned as the hardest solvable game in the Windows 98 version |

BTW, FreeCellPro tells me that # is winnable. I don't have time to try it today, might see if I can do it tonight (I'll let you know how many moves I take. )
Cheers

I can't solve it. I give up. That is a difficult one. I always let the computer pick one randomly so I don't think I've ever done this one before.
I tried -1 and -2. Those two are just plain mean. The developers must be a little sadistic.
