|  Really Annoying Windows Messenger Popup...
This just started the other day, it's a msg from Windows Messenger saying that there's a newer version and asks if I would like to install it.
I click NO and hit ok...5 seconds later it pops back up again!!!  Windows messenger apparently doesn't want to take "no" for an answer. Ugggghhhh!!!
Ideas on how to get rid of this annoying thing?

uninstall messenger.. and install trillian??

you still get the prompt in trillian though, i got it for weeks, then it just stopped. now i am getting a yahoo one. | |

do you use messenger? want to uninstall it?
start > run > then type: RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove | |
