i know this was a result installing and uninstalling a TV capture card. i've looked in the regestry --> run command, start-up, services Management Console, sysedit.

i can't seam to find anything in reference to the error message. i've also tried to reinstall and uninstall the drivers but nothin helps. does anyone know how to fix this error?

thanks

You might want to check this out.It gives you better cntrl over startup services.
You should have been able to find these services in computer management>services and applications>services. Then r-click to get the menu to work on it.
