Help interpreting dumpchk output?

Hey everyone,
I just had a BSOD occur while my computer was just at a blank desktop. This has been happening on and off for months and I'm getting really sick of it... so I read up on BSOD's online and figured out how to use the Event Viewer to figure out what happened.

Here is Event Viewer's output:

<eventviewer>
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000004e (0x0000008f, 0x00005e7f, 0x00005e6f, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini100803-01.dmp.
</eventviewer>

So I ran dumpchk.exe on the file listed above, and here is what it spit out:

<dumpchk.exe>
Loading dump file c:\windows\minidump\mini100803-01.dmp

Anyone here know how to read this stuff? If you could give me any insight into it, I would be VERY grateful.

My machine is a Athlon T-Bird 1.5 ghz, GigaByte GA-7VRX mobo,Geforce 3 Ti200 (PNY), 512 megs of KNOWN GOOD Crucial DDR 2100 RAM, 40 gb Maxtor HD, onboard sound and a linksys network card.

Thank you very much!

Just got another error - this time right after startup.

Under the Event Viewer, the information is:

Error code 0000004e, parameter1 0000008f, parameter2 00005e7f, parameter3 00005e6f, parameter4 00000000.

Anyone have anything to say about this? I'm stumped!
