Are temp and tmp files deletable?
Just like it says in Win98 and 2000. Many of the tmp file have 0KB. Any thoughts?
Thanks,

if they were designated under a dedicated temp folder, such as c:\windows\temp or c:\temp, or c:\document and settings\username\temp
then yes, they are deletable.

do a search for *.tmp
most likely you can delete all of them.

another way is to go Start>programs>accessories>system tools>disk cleanup will get rid of temp internet files, temp files, and recycle bin empty.
