Windows XP Administrator Account

I saw someone's Windows XP log-on screen and he had an Administrator account. When I installed Windows XP Pro, it wouldn't let me create an account titled Administrator. I asked him how he did it, but he said he bought the computer pre-built and it came like that already.

How do I create an account that's titled "Administrator"?
