Alternative to MS NetFolders

Oh... Boy!

I can't get this Outlook Add-In (NetFolders) to work properly.

I have 3 execs and 1 exec assistant. the 3 execs share their calendar amongst each other and the exec assistant. This has been working out great until recently. Suddenly the calendars are no longer updating. I have gone through all of the MS Knowledge base articles... Everything.... I have googled it to death, there are a lot of threads on this topic but no one has resoved the issues. MS even knows that this add-in is buggy and they didn't include it in outlook 2k2 or 2k3. The bosses are on my back.. So, now I'm looking for an alternative. Either a 3rd party add-in that works in outlook or another app period.

Basically what I need to be able to do is have the execs share their (or a) calenders amongst each other and exec assistant. This way, they all know what each others schedules are like, and the exec assistant manage their schedules....

Exchange, thats what it is made for. Or, put a PST on a share and open it from there, but you will have locking issues.
