    Compressing win XP Home Dr

     
    I have an 18.6 MB drive in my laptop. Has anyone compressed and is it a good idea. I have GoBack on the system.

    Maybe just compress the files you dont use a lot....or burn some of them to disk....you know the sort of "deep storage" type stuff. If you compress system files and things like that it might slow things down a bit cuz they have to be decompressed to be used, etc.
